Hi, Yesterday I ate 40g of psilocybe cubensis. The trip was great, but not so visual... Which are the strains more visual?

he was probably referring to fresh.
& i don't believe any "strains" are more visual then any others.

Mycologists on the other hand grow for the love of growing. They want to experiment with various species, substrates, and fruiting environments. They'll move on to isolate strains, attempt hybridization, and in general treat cultivation as an artform, rather than a chore that must be performed as a means to an end. They'll work twice as hard for a ten percent gain, just for the love of perfection. These are the ones who will isolate strains, not the dumb fucks who treat mushrooms as a drug, or even worse, a pathogen, as if mushrooms cause disease.

Besides, this belongs is the (GO FIGURE) Experience Forum and NOT Cultivation.

If the term 'a cube is a cube' is widely held to be true, then what is the point of even having a strain topic?
Even from what I have read and experienced in growing, there is little if any difference between strains, all of which could be brought to the conclusion of genetics, environmental growing factors and other various aspects which make more sense than variations in cubensis strains.

Hawaiian is a strain of psilocybe cubensis. No strain is more potent than any other strain. Potency can vary from individual shroom to shroom, even in the same grow, same flush even.
There is a very real reason why everyone says, a cube is a cube.

Cubes are cubes with minor variances in genetic traits from race to race.
Unless he means Pan. cyan. of the Hawaiian race. If that is the case cyan-Var. "Hawaiian" is MUCH stronger than cube but VERY different.

SWIM finds pan cyans to be hellaciously more visual, than any cube. he says that cubes are more body, than visual, HOWEVER, he's been with a few chicks that say the opposite...

There is no Hawaiian strain because P cubensis isn't native to Hawaii. It's simply a name some idiot wrote on a print because he thought it would make people buy it since it sounds 'exotic'. This is off topic in cultivation. The name on a print is irrelevant, but if you want to discuss it, use the bastard of a strain thread we've sequestered at the top of the page please. RR
