Alright so after my second flush I have had a non stop problem with trich infecting my grows, my most recent baby monotub got the mean green and now its happening so often im not even surprised. it fucking sucks anyways today I was cleaning out my feeder roach colony and there was a fine bits of green mold on the sides of the container. I quickly clean that mess out and then came downstairs was looking at the bread and noticed green fucking trichy looking mold on the goddamn bagels . What the hell?? Am I completely fucked and no able to have good grows anymore??

How do I get rid of this???

Everyone has trich in their house. If you keep fresh vegetables in your kitchen, there's thousands of trich spores floating around the place.
Are you sniffing your jars before spawning? This is a vital step that a lot of growers skip. Jars infected with trich will smell like dirt, even if you can't spot it.

Fresh mushrooms. Jars that smell like fermenting fruit or garbage (bacterial infection) or dirt (trich) should not be spawned.

Feeder roaches huh? Do you use coir as a bedding for them or any other pets in your home? Coir is treated with trich spores.
Get a air filtration unit. Those ones that filter spores form the air (or a flow hood if you can afford it).
Do your work in a small room after letting it run for a couple hours and run it regularly in your grow area. They work amazing.

Nope they dont get bedding just some egg crate. All the coir I use for my animals gets baked in the oven, so its somewhat sterile, and I have a hepa air filter that I keep running so I got that covered.

What do you mean coir is treated with trich spores?
Trich will not germinate on coco coir.

Even when I go hunting, just to hunt for the thrill. I smell my finds, and the good ones smell like...well...shroom! where as any mushroom that is contaminated or even beginning to rot, still smells like shroom, however the death and rot is very pungent. When I smell my substrate jars, It's too easy to tell if is contaminated or not. Keep sniffin, you'll catch on ....oops, I mean...
