Hey folk's i recently bought the Florida white F+ spores maybe bout a month ago, and for any of you that have glanced at the contamination thread you probably saw my thread, anywho uhm, what I was left with was two small pieces of unharmed mycelium about half a pf cake we'll say, i just got them sitting in a fruiting chamber right now, but then i thought, im just gonna use one of these to create more, then i came across this wonderful thing called liquid culture, i read cybers technique first, then the other more detailed one, and lets just say at that moment i went bought some karo light corn syrup and eagarly dumped two table spoons into a jar of water and threw it in the nuker for a good 3 minutes stired it and added 2 more table spoons of water and defrosted it for like 8, after leting it cool for about like... Forever? lol, me and my normal creative self decided scince i dident have any more F+ spores im just going to take a little peice off the cake and pop that baby in there and give it a good shake, hahah
well anywho is there one thats experienced in mycelium culture enough to tell me if it will work or im wasting my time, because i just recently ordered the B+ strain and it should be here by monday, i just dont wanna let my F+ die out

Agar can reduce contamination, liquid cultures will encourage them.

It will most likely get contaminated. I'd say read up on the lc a bit more and then give it a good sterile try with those B+ or just knock up a grain jar and do grain transfers.
