General size of ATL7 fruits?
    #12563622 - 05/14/10 06:26 PM (14 years, 8 months ago)

My first attempt at fruiting ATL7, I've only gotten two mushrooms so far, but they seem bigger than what I was expecting. I thought ATL7 was about the size of pan cyans?

The tray isn't very big (gladware tupperware tray) so I'm not surprized by the fact that I've only gotten a couple, it was just like 1/2 a pint of colonized milo spawn (from a qt jar), spawned 1/1 to coir, cased with peat/verm.

Didn't get to print it because it grew so damn fast, by the time I checked on it it was overly mature. Not going to bother trying now since there are a few more small pins that look like they're not going to abort.

Here was his big bro a day before I harvested it(sorry for the bad pics, couldn't find my camera charger at the time):

Nasty shriveled cap, never opened up. The first pictured mushroom is the small pin you see next to this mutant.

Mutant mushroom was 4 grams wet, the second one (top pictures) was 6 grams wet, and about 6.5 inches long with a 1 inch diameter cap.

Don't know if it matters, but the sclerotia these guys produced was pitifully small after 2 months, most being the size of a dime if not smaller.

I wish this you would have asked a few hours ago,  I just harvested a tray.  The fruits are in the dehydrator and look like toothpicks already.
Maybe I can get some pics of another tray but there is only one full sized fruit and pins so it won't be much to compair.  Most of my Alt7 are between 3-4" long with 1/8th" stems and 3/4" caps.
If you want a pic let me know.

Yeah, I didn't see this guy until right before I posted this, nearly shit my pants because the morning before it was just a little 2-3 inch pin, both of them grew crazy fast.

I've heard comparable to pan cyan, don't know though. I'll probably eat this guy and it's bro at the same time (will probably be ~1 gram) Only thing is the smell of them makes me feel sick, the day I spawned these two trays, and transferred another two jars to ziploc bags, I got sick and started throwing up (not because of them, because of a stomache bug or something, but the smell still lingers and has become associated with me feeling horribly sick)

no there not
if anything i would say they are the same or weaker. i have triped on them plenty of times

and to the OP it is 100% normal to get fruits like that with  small pin sets

^^this one grew directly out of a stone

Do you think there is confusion between P. atlantis and P. galindoi. According to magictruffles.com P. atlantis is the most potent stone on the market.
Are they mixing Alt7 and atlantis or is atlatins really the strongest stone out there?
Check their web site.
