SWIM got some argyrea nervosa seeds, but they don't look anything like the pictures she's seen on the interwebz. Is this the real deal?

They are definitely Argyrea. How nervosa they are is questionable... but its probably just a regional difference. (Ghana maybe?)
They look like they came from a vendor, I'm pretty sure they're alright.
Germination rates look questionable though.

Those are def not A. nervosa. Even the Ghana strain is different than that.

Yes, SWIM got them from a vendor. I think it's forbidden to discuss such things here, so I'll refrain from providing more details. After learning about your replies (thanks btw), SWIM wrote an email to the vendor expressing doubt.
It's the first time SWIM deals with this guy. He was recommended to her by a trusted, expert grower. SWIM ordered a few plants/seeds from him, and apart from these seeds, the other things in the order look top quality.
EDIT - Here's the vendor's reply.
They are nervosa strain from usa. I grow plants but seeds are imported, not for consumption.
I don't know what to make of it...

It looks like Ghana strain to me. I have some and they look identical.

Those look a lot like the ones that I planted a while back and got almost 100% germination. I have more HBWR seedlings than I know what to do with.

Is the Ghana strain active in SWIY's experience? If so, how does SWIY dose it? SWIM's got little experience with this stuff, to put it mildly. SWIM might fathom crushing, say, 4 such items and then submerging them in cold water, in the dark . Would SWIM be far off?
As for the germination rate, only experiments will tell. Apparently in suboptimal cases, figures ranging around 20% can be expected. If so, it shouldn't be too hard to start a small vine in a pot.
