Consqeuences of Contamination...

Hello all, I have a quick question concerning contamination. SWIM is growing a bunch of psilocybe cubensis and everything has been going smoothly. Due to proper sterilization technique throughout the inoculation and incubation processes, the cakes (he used the PF tek) showed no signs of contamination at all. Now here are my questions:
1. If all goes well up until birthing, is there still a chance of contamination? If so, what kinds?
2. If the answer to #1 is yes, then I am curious about the consequences of contamination. It is to my understanding that if the strain of mushroom is not fatal then the mushroom, no matter the contamination, cannot be fatal. So if I am correct, whats the worst that could happen from eating a normal dosage of cubes that have been infected in the fruiting chamber?
Thank you guys so much in advance, I would really like for all this to be cleared up as I am still confused on the topic, even after reading countless posts and FAQs.

It's rare for a fully colonized substrate to contaminate. The most common cause is a sealed up fruiting chamber, which prevents fruiting and encourages molds. If you see green mold on any substrate, toss it outside. You can bury it into some manure outdoors and it may fruit again. As for healthy mushrooms that grow from a cake with mold on it, there is no problem. A bit of mold on the substrate will not effect the mushrooms, provided they're healthy. RR

Wow, excellent... So in summary you're saying that if all is well up until the fruiting SWIM is good?
I realize I posted his picture in another thread, but this is the specific batch hes concerned about...

Darker than the other fruits, kind of a greenish tint to em...but he swears the cakes were pure white with no sign of mold whatsoever so he is kinda confused ya kno...

They look a little wet, but I would probably eat them. The green is bruising - bruising can be greenish to bright blue.
