you are such a pansy. those are barely first degree burns.
sydoku: i was burned on my legs at 10 playing with fire. i had 3rd degree burns (an actual doctor said that) and it was so painful i screamed for hours, then screamed every time the dr came around to pull and slice the dead skin off. i was hospitalized for 30 days, then went back a week later for a skin graft. i am a self-destructive thrill seeker and i can tell you: it hurt worse than my skull fracture. it hurt worse than dislocating my knee. or my shoulder. it hurt worse than kidney stones. it hurt worse than shingles. it fucking hurt.
It is bad....for those of you that don't believe it hurts that bad,go visit a burn ward,or try giving yourself some 3rd degree burns...then you'll see!

I agree whole heartedly...looks like nothing more then a hickey or someone was scratching themselves!

Nothing a little wont fix for you. But on a more series note buy an all american pc and be done with it, amazon has awesome deals on them. Your pc is your life blood in this hobby.
As far as 3rd degree I think enough has been said.

Nah, go to the doctor to get it checked out. I'll bet he calls you a tittie-baby, too, and give you a script for neosporin.

i have had third degree burns where the skin was white and brushed off in flakes.
no pain. they said i had destroyed the nerve endings, thus no pain.
now the 2nd degree ones, they hurt a bit.
i am sure it isn't that common to have no pain, and my 3rd degree burn was from a jet of flaming propane which isn't exactly the same as live steam but close....
burns are extremely variable in what and how the destroy tissue and nerves.
edit: looking at the pics, not all that bad man. when your flesh comes off looking like cigarette ash, now that is scary out in the country 60 miles from a doctor.

-------------------- AMU
Terence McKenna Said:
"We have to create culture, don't watch TV, don't read magazines, don't even listen to NPR. Create your own roadshow. The nexus of space and time where you are now is the most immediate sector of your universe, and if you're worrying about Michael Jackson or Bill Clinton or somebody else, then you are disempowered, you're giving it all away to icons, icons which are maintained by an electronic media so that you want to dress like X or have lips like Y. This is shit-brained, this kind of thinking. That is all cultural diversion, and what is real is you and your friends and your associations, your highs, your orgasms, your hopes, your plans, your fears. And we are told 'no', we're unimportant, we're peripheral. 'Get a degree, get a job, get a this, get a that.' And then you're a player, you don't want to even play in that game. You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that's being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world."
