I got a cheap digital indoor/outdoor temp and humidity gauge from walmart on sale for like $15

the humidity sensor broke because its not made for measuring humidities for very long above 80% RH. I would just get a thermometer, and a nice hygrometer instead. The digital thermometers are great, but the digital hygrometers suck due to the water saturating and breaking down the sensor.

there's some out there that are more immune than others, but you'd have to build it yourself.

Try here, I did a salt test and its as accurate as you'll get for the money
Myco-Sci - Myco-Sci

it reads to 95% and states HI% on anything over, I keep it in my terrarium and haven't had any problems with it in the last year
