Trichoderma dies just like anything else (sans thermohpilic organisms) at an hour under 15 PSI. I always re-sterilize contaminated jars. If they're full of something particularly nasty (say, black mold) I also open them up under water in a bucket with dish soap to catch the spores as they come to the surface.

All you need to do is drop the jars into a large pot of water and bring it to a boil for half an hour.  That will nuke any trich spores.  If you don't want to do that, toss them out unopened.
