PF style Treasure Coast albino

I've had a cake for awhile and it finaly started pinning. Now there is one little albino TC on the cake and no others. Why one? how do I get the cake to fruit better?

Or stick a straw into the middle of the top of the cake and every other day or so use a syringe to fill the straw with water.
