not really. didnt think i was going to get it, but they just wanted to do an interview, and after that the check came in
honestly it feels criminal. how can one get money for doing nothing? filling out a piece of paper every week that says, yes i looked for work.
heres $345... What the fuck is that? this puts all my years of sloth to shame, i never knew you could get PAID to do it.

I am going to be totally satisfied with $280/week, so hopefully that comes through for me. I think it'll be a bit less.
I think i'll have 32 weeks available, but will probably go back to work in September.

i have 8k in the pool or whatever, but it is subject to extension, so maybe up to year and a half, two years. i plan to get off it by then, just want a few months of no work.

The location I was working at closed for renovations. And now the semester has ended - so no TA income either.

that seems like a legit plea for unemployment to me. you didn't quit and you weren't at fault for losing your job. i don't see what else they require.

I dunno. There was a blip at the end of one of the sections saying that If I was certain to be resuming work at the end of the "school break" that I wouldn't be eligable. Hopefully I just misread taht.

You can't file for unemployment if you're a student working at a university you're attending, which includes student workers, grad assistants, TA's and even UA's (which makes the least sense of all).

Just don't want you getting your hopes up.
But by all means I seriously hope you fall through somewhere and get it.

World of Warcraft.
Aggro is when you get too close to a mob and they decide to attack you (or your group). Offsets the tank and heals and usually a few people die or the whole group wipes.

Warrior or paladin who has a bunch of armor/defense rating to not take critical shots from creatures. He "takes aggro" by causing damage or using abilities. A creature that could one-shot a mage is parried/blocked/lol'd on a tank. If you do too much damage and gain aggro off the tank, you're likely to die if you don't have abilities to drop aggro, disappear, etc.

Ok so I got a question for anyone who is on Unemployment, i dont know if this only pertains to california.
I got this letter today that says "reemployment and eligibility assessment appointment notice" So i gotta go down and meet with someone about jobs or something. anyone do this before?

I did. You will be in a room full of guys and gals like yourself. You will fill out some paperwork, but mostly your just there to listen to someone talk about being unemployed and their system. It ain't no thang.

I have been accepted for unemployment but have not received it yet, they fucked up the paperwork but i will get backpay. But I am on week #13 of back unemployment. So I will get a nice paycheck eventually but landlord is getting a little impatient (which i understand) and eating rice and eggs is getting old.
