jars shaking?

is it normal to have your jars shake when they are steaming.. I am steaming at midum flame for 1 hr.. I got about 2 inches of water...

anything else?

As long as water insn't splashing all over the place a little bit of shaking is normal.. I wouldn't want too much tho..

yep what vato said. i can only suggest that you turn the burner all the way up, put the pot on and then once the pot begins to really boil turn the burner down to low.
