incubation ques

I know optimal incubation temps are between 80 and 86....

However I was once told, I dont remember by who that the mycelial growth in the jars produces some of its own heat so to never go over 82F air temp in my incubator.

Well anyways, to my question, My incubator reaches about 85F, would the added heat thats going on in the jars shoot the average way over 86? cause that passes the point of maximum returns....

about 2 degrees hotter inside the jars.

I usually incubate at 84 degrees F.
