I'm wondering if a warning sign about cobras might do the job all by itself. Burglars are not going to check and see if its true or not. If they see a bad dog sign they might rattle the door to see if a dog barks. But snakes don't bark and one bite does it. A few signs like that would make for interesting conversation pieces. I wonder where you can get an official venomous snake warning sign?

From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.” (attributed to Alexis de Tocqueville political philosopher Circa 1835) Trade list http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/18047755

This is a war on consciousness, on our right to the very essence of what we are. With no control over that, we have no need to speak of freedom or a free society. -fireseed "If we are going to have a war on marijuana, the least we can do is pull the sick and the dying off the battlefield." -Neal Levine (MPP) I find the whole "my drug should be legal but yours should be illegal" mindset disgusting and hypocritical. For example... what if your intent was to release your cobras/dogs/attack monkeys in case of fire/break in so that they can escape?
Or how about halon fire systems and automatic fire doors?

Why would someone with such resources need to consider these in particular? I understand automatic fire doors to be rather costly.

Very illegal. And ridiculously high court costs associated with it from what I've read.
I also read that an Akita is much better at protecting your stuff. I read on a shroomery thread that one bit off a nosy crackhead who stuck his nose between the bars on a window while trying to get inside. That crackhead's nose was a chew toy for the afternoon before it was incinerated in a BBQ grill or so the urban legend goes.
