The band is "Hallucinogen" and the song is called "Solstice" but there is different remixes of it. I'm not sure what that exact remix is called. The original version is on his "Twisted (1995)" album.
And on his "In Dub (2002)" album he has a remix of it "Solstice (Warwick Bassmonkey)", check it out here.

Unfortunately no, I haven't been to any electronic shows. Eat Static would definitely take priority over anyone else though. I've got 6 of the albums and they are all pretty

All of my favorite electronic acts just so happen to be @ Dex Fest this year! Important bands are as follows: "The main stage headliners include Conspirator, featuring members of the renowned jam/electronica act, the Disco Biscuits as well as one of Colorado's most popular touring act's, EOTO, brainchild of String Cheese Incident members Jason Hann and Michael Travis. Other national talent includes Big Gigantic, Starkey, & Mindelixir along with regional sensations Dj Bowie, The Midnight Ace, Dex, This is ART, Corleone, DJ Kidsmeal, Truly Grimy, EP3, Jamwerks, Zoogma, Arpetrio, Freepeoples Frequency, Agobi Project, Ga-Na-Sita, and Noise Org."

So many! FRIDGE is one of my favs, though not technically completely electronic.
Truekimbo: on the squarepusher... I have every release from 1994 to 2004 plus a ton of live sets
Also Tycho and BMSRainbow are two that I collect as well
here are some favorite selections!
Fridge - Cut up piano & xylophone
Plaid - Diddymousedid
Mouse on Mars - Actionsit Respoke
Plastikman - Plasticity (most people love or hate this guy, I'm in the "love" category)
Orbital - Science Friction
Black Moth Super Rainbow - Don't You Want To Be In A Cult
