Im going by this tek for making syringes

Im kinda pressed for time within the next few days.. So after I finish procedure 1 where the syringe has the sterile water in it and is cooling, could i store this for a few days in a zip lock before moving on to the actual introduction of spores?

The only reason I ask is because I barely have like 20 minutes a day for the next little while...

20 min is all you need!
I'll admit i didnt read the tek your using but i've had success just doing this:
Get an empty shot or wine glass, some paper towels, isypropl alchohal, an empty syring, your print, and some distilled water.  Disinfect your work area with the rubbing alchohal, and any tools you'll use including your hands.  Open your print so its easily accessible, pour some water into the shot glass dump your print in, open your syringe and draw up the water.  If you need more water just add some.  You may get syringes that look darker but they will all be viable.  I know this isn't the most sterile tek, but its worked for me so what the hell.  I made 2 syringes yesterday via this way, and one i did earlyer has finished colonising the rye jars.

good luck...

I use the tek in your link and I have had great success. I have also had to store for a day, left in glove box un opened as to not get it to cool, introduced spores and inoculated. had no contams and great colonizatioon.

are you talkin' to me? oh! you are! wassuuppppp!
