Simple Flush Potency question :)

Which flush is the most potent, first or last ?

I would assume the last since alkaloids seem to build up in the mycelium during the fruiting cycle. However, these alkaloids aren't necessarily passed on to the actual fruits and may just be retained in the mycelium. If this is the case then I would guess that every flush has similar potency and first, last, second, or third really doesn't matter.
