Its time for them to go outside and i was wondering if when i re pot them the soil can go above the cotyledons there shriveled up and used already and that would place them in a perfect spot.thanks in advance to anyone who answers

As long as some of the true leaves are above soil, I couldn't see it being a problem.... The cotyledons are merely an initial way of conducting photosynthesis, after true leaves are formed they aren't really necessary, although a lot of species (beans come to mind) tend to keep them on for a while after the true leaves have formed.

It depends on what plant it is as well. It is common practice for people to bury even extra nodes when transplanting things like cannabis, peppers, or tomatoes.

so everything under the soil wll become a thick stem/root? will the roots eventually grow up past the first nodes if you plant it that high?
i had a haze seedling that snapped at like 5 days old

this s what it looks like now where would you plant it?

Looking Good,Looking Good That other one slowed down because the roots got broken off during shipping, but as long as it's looking like that, and hasn't wilted,it will be fine,100 percent.I would top the bigger one soon,so you can create a bush like mine They will grow tons faster if you put them outside in full sun during the day, then bring them in under lights at night. That's what I do with mine

Those look fine for now too. I wouldn't even bother burying the rest until it's potted up to its next pot size personally just so I don't tamper with the plants too much.
