My cakes have these odd blue spots on them. It doesnt look at all like a growth of sorts. Im not sure what to make of it. I dont have a digital camera right now so I cant get you a picture. It's as if part of the cake has turned a blue shade...?
cakes do bruise blue, some contams can be blue too. are they spots you've touched? spotty bruises are usually the result of slightly too rough handling. do they look fuzzy? fuzziness usually points to a mold.
