Spores Illegal?

Hi,
To my knowledge, spores suspended in sterile fluid is not illegal in most countries, its the actual growing of the psilocybin that is?
Could someone clarify? I have a syringe of Golden Teacher heading my way from MRCA, apparently they have to display what the contents of the package are on the exterior of the packaging.. I just don't want to spend the next 5 years in chookie.
Im from South Africa.
Regards

Normally places won't ship spores to a place it is illegal to have possession of them(Such as some of the states in the US). I am unaware of your laws, but I'd assume since they are being shipped it is fine(Although, I don't know what MRCA is O_o).
In most places, production of psilocybin is illegal.

Thanks,
I tried reading up on drug legislations in RSA yesterday and the document goes a little something like this.
" if you are an offender of section 13 (e) or (d) you may receive up to 5 years in prison"
I then go to check section 13 (e)/(d) and it says under there "refer to section 4...
thats the part where I closed the document. Im almost 88.2222 % sure the spores are not illegal, but I guess if I do not find it in wrighting I can't be sure.
Thanks for the responses, I have read the other spore threads querying the illegality of them, but did not the info I was particularly looking for.
PLUS!! I wanted to get atleast one post to my name

They are "orchid" culture spores, if anyone asks. A few post here from South Africa. Use the search function to find those threads.

In some countries spores are not the issue. It's the syringes & needles that catch their attention. I know someone who has sent prints world wide, without 1 issue ever. The only issue that ever popped up was when he sent syringes & needles. After that, he sent vacutainer tubes of spore solution. With a label that said "orchid" spores. Never an issue after that. Orchid spores are propagated almost the same as mushroom spores, via sterile culture.

Spores are generally not illegal. And even in the case that they are where you live I'm sure that the company will put "For microscopy use only" which would clear anything up. Plus from my own experience most customs workers couldn't tell the difference from Agaricus bisporus or Psilocybe cubensis even if the names were spelled out right in front of them.

You can get spore prints to Australia. Just not spore syringes.
I've lived in both the US and Australia for many years and know that very well.

Ah cool, i guess i'll have to find somewhere/someone that i can get spore prints from instead of syringes. Or propagate them myself if i manage to find a good patch that isn't bloody 3 hours away finally.
