No, I actually have a thing for Fast, aggressive, prolific fruiters. I think I'll go back to Oak Ridge since they are AMAZING FRUITERS and pretty average in potency.
Get my drift!

I wasn't aware that this was your strain! I definitely would have given you the credit and asked your permission first. I made sure that every print I gave away of the Oak Ridge last year had "Jeetered" credited for the strain.
When you ask, "is stroph still around?" Are you talking about The Member or the strain? The member has not been around since October of last year. Psilocybe cubensis was previously known as Stropharia cubensis, sooooo with that being said, It's definitely around.
the break down of crs genetics the strain was given out by stroph to 8 people as a mutation of the Colombian strain that had some red prints.under the name Columbian red spore after multiple grows i finally got the prints i wanted and gave it to my favorite vendor http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/9258929#9258929
proof i am grod31VVV http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11914647#1191464o also you could ask workman i asked him today if he could change it on sporeworks frm grod to bw and he said "The website upgrade is well underway and I can now change the product descriptions directly on the new website. Your name will be changed when the new site goes live in the near future, but I can't do anything with the current site and its a hassle to get the webmaster to do changes.."
I've always known you were Grod31! I seriously didn't know the history of the Colombian Rust Spore. I'll pull back on the giveaway and wait for my other projects to finish. I have z-strain, Hualta, Elephant dung, and F+ going right now. Maybe the community will want one of those to be the one for the giveaway... WHAT DO YOU THINK COMMUNITY! Which should it be! Z-STRAIN, HUALTA, ELEPHANT DUNG, OR F+.......

i;m not short...I"m just not going to step on bw86's toes. I had no idea that he had claim to the Columbian Rust Spore. I'm just trying to be respectful. Thanks for the offer though!

You know, now that I think about it, after I did the "Great Oak Ridge Giveaway" last year, it really kind of put Oak Ridge "On The Map" for Jeetered. I posted the link to the origins of it and all. Jeetered TRULY got the recognition that he deserved. This could very well do the same for bw86 and the "Colombian Rust Spore". I guess it's really up to him at this point.

I think he was just mentioning that for a lil FYI, ya know, background on them.
I dont think he was trying to discourage you from doing so.
I dont want to speak for him so lets hope he posts again and clears that up.
either way 54U if I could rate you again.

I am not sure I fully understand the conversation that has transpired since vegas69 but if I understand correctly, it sounds like you are considering considering calling this contest/giveaway off? Don't do it, just give them away anyway. If a cube is a cube is a cube, then just give those prints a name! I have a book of stamps so far and 2 boxes of envelopes invested in you.

Why don't you really want to give them away ? Cause you think the flush sucks, or because ALL of the prints aren't rust colored ?

I would never "Just put a Name" on a print. As a matter of fact, whenever I run across an "Old print" that isn't labeled... I trash it. The last thing I want to do is "Contribute" to the "bastardization" of strains that already happens on a daily basis. Oh, and "No Worries!" I promise, the stamps you already have invested on this will definitely not be in vain. The Giveaway will go on as planned.

I see your stance on not giving the stain a name, but trashing it? I would brf those types of prints at least and see what came of them. The mystery would be exciting! If you ever run across an old unknown strain like that again. Please keep me in mind and send it to me. I will not bastardize the strain. I will keep it honest and real. I would brf those types of prints at least and see what came pf the. The mystery would be exciting! ....and further more;

i don't know how demand is here, but i'd really like a red OR dark spore print of the colombians.
right now i have a bunch of prints, and am looking for either something that will give me an albino mutant, or a redspore mutant - would be fun.
keep me in mind
