I don't have scientific evidence or anything, but it seems to me that you'd have to grow a shitload (no pun intended) of shrooms to have a noticable effect on say a roomful of weed.

Hi man!

Your idea is not totally out but there is a little problem to be aware of. MJ's do need CO2 to grow but when light is insufficient (at night and other times) Plants actually consume oxygen quite efficiently. If light is limited they actually consume more O2 than they produce. Some people, believe it or not, refuse to have house plants due to this.
But hell, give it a try....

But be careful of contams and little parasites and such. They are probably all over the plants.

You would probably have to keep the mushrooms up higher than the plants, due to the fact that CO2 is heavy (in relation to the air). At the very least, growing them together wouldn't hurt and you'd have some mushrooms too. : )
