A rubbermaid container with holes cut out on the side which gloves are taped onto. put your materials in. drape a piece of plastic wrap over jars and syringes. spray lysol in there. take the plastic wrap off the supplies and work away.
sound good?

make sure to put the fans on the outside seperated by a filter most people put it inside thats stupid it attracts dust and mold spores because of the static electrecity but you can get tyvek at hardwear stores, and they should blow in so no contams land on your stuff but really fans are a waste mine works fine without better i think

Just do a search here for Tyvek (also see: tyvek.com)
and search for glovebox. Plenty of info, diagrams. plans etc.

Made my box from cardbord and book lamination with a set of gloves and 1 piece of picture frame glass. I use a spray dissinfectant, spray it let sit ten minutes and you can open and close two or three times and it stays sterile. works pretty good.

I made one in a pinch with ease!
used a clean sterlite containter, took a new clear plastic bag and covered the entire bin, tipped it on it's side, with open end towards me..
cut 2 slits for my hands and , simply open the bag, insert jars/ syringes/ casing to be made ... ... ... , and close the end of the bag, let it sit a while after spraying with wine sanitizer, and clean hands, insert thru slots, do the work, then thor away the bag!!
no damage done to container, and no contams!! woo hoo!
