What about dogs that become alcoholics? Reindeer that consume Amanita Muscaria? How do you know they don't enjoy (or can't learn to enjoy) altered states?

Great point, I think I agree, and think this is a justifiable point to smoke animals out.

But I say this only if its not "forced"

If the animal doesent care about having smoke blown its way, it will stay there and breathe it in... I doubt they are THAT stupid to not walk away...

but on the other hand forced hotboxing your animals is well, wrong, and a waste of good herb :

Dude, if a cat or dog willingly comes up to you while you are smoking pot and allows you to blow the smoke in their direction, how can you say they don't like it???

If they didn't like it, they would get the hell away from you, not willing accept it! Also, if there is no way TheShroomHermit can know he is abusing his pet, then how do you know that he is?!

Not trying to be mean, but your argument lacks any validity whatsoever.

Well my dogs didn't like smoke being blown in there direction, but they sure liked eating it.  Especially my Red Heeler.  He would snake your whole bag if you weren't careful.

My brother gave him 4 grams for Christmas.  He was a happy dog.

R.I.P. Fred (I didn't name him)

Edit- It wasn't the herb that killed him.
