It's up to you. If you birth in the terrarium you'll have a lot more growing room, more air exchange, and gives you a chance to mist it. Growing in the bag is sorta like birthing invitro in a jar. the mushrooms will be squished up against the bag making harvest a hassle, and what about the next few flushes?

Fruiting in the bag is just fine. When it comes time to pick, open the top and reach in, just make sure your hands are CLEAN. Then you can just fold it over and tape it closed. It really isn't that much of a hassle, and is less of one than setting up a terarrium. IME it will flush 3 or 4x in the bag, giving respectable yields.

To keep as low of a contam. % as possible try to leave it in the bag. Give the bag addequite light and heat, and watch it flourish. Have you ever used a Myco bag before?

It's not very common for a fully colonized cake to contaminate.
