Hahaha - I've done the CNN trip, too - while writing a grad school research paper and watching CNN. I'd write write write intensely for a while, then watch the news, then I'd stand up and shout " PREPOSTEROUS! " and go back to typing.
Over and over again for about 4 hours.

ok you asked for it.

back in 1981.... metalfinn, Mark and myself went out Liberty Cap hunting.
We came home with a large brown paper grocery bag full of Liberty Caps.
Auburn Washington was full of them back in the day.

Anyway....We decided to have a Shroom Tea party and invite a bunch of people over to trip with us.
This was at metalfinn and Mark's house.
So we make up this huge pot full of Shroom Tea.... people start trippin hard.
We are all having the time of our life laughing,listening to music,talking, etc..... and were really trippin hard when we hear this loud crashing noise coming from outside.
So a bunch of us went out to see what all the noise is about.
Turns out this Deaf Mute guy that a few of them knew... was drunk and ran his car into about 5 or 6 cars on the same block.
We all start freaking out...thinking we are fucked....the cops will be coming.
Just when it couldn't get any worse this fucking Deaf Mute gets back in his car and drives around the block again...this time hitting about 10 more cars and almost hit mine.
Someone finally took his keys from him and the Deaf Mute goes inside the house.

I go check on metalfinn and he's melting into his bed staring up at his 60's tapestry on the ceiling...saying it's all good...lolzz
I tell him what was going on...he's like off in another world.
I decided I wasn't getting busted....so I make a mad dash out the door, jump in my car and start heading home.
Had a really weird drive home....everything was totally twisted.
The streets were really dark and the street lights gave off a strange effect.
I get home and jumped in bed thinking I'm safe now.
I layed in bed and watched Pac Man on the ceiling of my bedroom for 3 hours.
hahahaaaaaa

Next day....I find out the Cops showed up.
They took the Deaf Mute to jail...broke up the party kicking everyone out of the house that didn't live there.
Could have been worse...back then the Cops were pretty chill.

metalfinn, Mark and myself are still friends...over 22 years later.
metalfinn is a member of the Shroomery too.
So I guess it was memorable if I can remember it 22 years later!

me and my girl yesterday 'day'  munched some, we decided to go walk in the woods... got all bundled up, we looked like two eskimos :wink:

well we ventured a bit into the woods and stopped at a creek....
we just looked out at nature and its beauty, if you havn't gone to the woods, i highly recommend it, it was so peaceful, i thought that i could die and everything is ok. of course i didn't want to die. it was just that feeling... i think this topped my new years experience with friends..

One time this one kid who was peaking pointed at the door in the room and said it didn't look right where it was.  I had just aten my mushrooms about 30 minutes prior to this so i wasn't tripping at all.  I said `would it look better over there?' and pointed at the other corner.  A light went off in his head and he's like YEAH, and went on and on.  the room burst into laughter after that :smile:

Another time I was putting up some christmas lights listening to the new nirvana album.  it was the only cd in my 5 disc changer.  i was starting to peak and i went out to my truck to grab some more cds.  i threw a bunch of them on the couch and picked all the unlabeled ones and put them in the changer figuring they were all various trance cds that i burned.  Well, nirvana ended and the next cd kicked on...the same nirvana album.  i figured maybe the changer messed up or something so i opened it up (cd still playing) and there was my nirvana cd..i was holding it in one hand and listening to it play at the same time..i got pretty tripped out by that.  apparently one of the unlabeled cds i put in was a copy of that cd.  it's still kind of funny how they got put in back to back.

my pal and i split a bunch of cubies and he had a rough time for a bit, so i had to help him out, which was hard b/c i was in the midst of some serious shit, too (fun! but intense).
anyway, it all worked out, my roomate came home and hung out with us, and then my upstairs neighbor came dwn. he was moving away. he had a bong we used to share and he nicely offered to leave it with us. so for some reason, i thought this was rediculous and said, "a bong? a bong isn't something you leave your friends, not like your dog, or bed, or car" all of which of course are things you would probably Never leave yer friends.
after the laughter, i went back to watching the end of the show on the ceiling.

mine was kinda crzy.. i didnt epect it but i took 3.5 grams of an unknown strain of almost all caps. I got something to eat and started tripping in my cafe so i lefft pretty quickly. I got back to my room and was feeling sick so i layed down. I randomly went into a level five trip. I dont remember much, but i do remeber at one point i was walking in ancient rome with all these people that were wearing togas around me and i was greeting them and walking amongst them. I also remember someone shouted in my hallway, it caused me to sit up, and i looked around and everything had a clear colorful gelitan skin layer on it, and was dancing. When that person shouted my door lit up pink and the pink shockwave peeled off my door. As it traveled across my room, hitting the wall as it went along, it made the walls behind the shockwave move like water. The shockwave went all the way across my room and hit the far walls, also making them wave like water. At that point i just passed out again. I dont remember anything after it but those 2 hours were the best hours of my life :smile:

I was at this place called" Blueberry Hill" and had just munched two sugar cubes. The view is awesome here. It over looks a body of water and has one hell of a view..anyways....

I was enjoying the early morning mist and sun and had got out of the car to walk around a bit. Enjoying the visuals, I decided to look sky-ward. There was a bald eagle soaring around! :shocked:

Not directly above me, more like yards away, but pretty high up there. It was riding the air  and I was riding my chemical...then the sky around the eagle beagn to become embossed in orange and yelloows and reds. Aztec impressions filled my mind as I saw these images float across my vision. The sun, out of the corner of my eye became full-front and they eagle was now glowing this bright white light from its wings. I think at this point I was slightly spinning around to see the eagle more, but I know I wasn't really moving. I watched this sight for 10 minutes. Me and the eagle. It was great. The prancing I was doing ended...

The smile and visuals instantly ended as the eagle squirted out a shit and flew off. It was like that! Instantly I lost my visuals on this bird after it took a dump. I think I was afraid of it landing on me. But I laughed for the longest time after that! :grin:

DEFINITELY going to a 4 day psytrance party in the deep woods of northern florida,i tripped for all 4 days offa some very potent mexican cubensis and also the last day was full of experimentation with 5-meo-dipt,mescaline,DMT and MDMA...one of the greatest times of my entire life !!!

I've never had any strong visuals while tripping, but the one thing that's most memorable has been the "moments of eternity" where a thousand years will seem to go by in one second.

My most memorable time was a trip over last summer at my friend's house when his parents were away on vacation.

Me and about 5 friends were just outside by the pool, sitting around a table and smoking cigarettes & cloves. We were talking for about 2+ hours, there was an amazing connection and great vibe between all of us the whole time. Just the connectedness was amazing, I felt immense love for all of my friends and had to resist the urge to just hop up and hug them all. We had a joke where my friend's lighter was "The Good Light" so we'd be like "Who has the good light? Where is the fucking good light!?!?!" and we made up a slogan "Gotta light the good light!". Great time.

I was trippin with about 9 others. I spent most of the time in the basment. While down there we created a "culture"(thats what we called it) We had all these little rules and guidlines. my rule was turn that fuckin light off. So we sat in the dark. Many people had other rules but i cant remember them.. Anyway. in all the darkness i was transported to many places including forests with deap colors and a dream like feeling. I had many huge open eyed visuals. It was great. Trippin in the dark is Great.

Heheh I remember when a friend of mine was tripping for the first time, and we were chillin out in his living room. The shrooms had been in effect for a while, and the newbie said "We should make up a word for this feeling, ya know?"

rofl newb!! I told him "Yeah everybody's tried to come up with a word for it, its just riiiiigghhhhttt on the tiipppppp of the tongue but nobody seems to be able to articulate it." which is exactly how I feel during most of a mushroom trip.

My other friend goes, "What; you mean 'wow?'"

rofl "I guess ya had to be there," but it was fuckin fantastic...... yes - exactly! "WOW!" THAT'S IT!!

long story short, the most memorable, alibiet dangerous thing was walking down the main aisle of the local Rite-Aid. The universe started to come apart and it looked like everything in my vision was barely holding together. Not to mention all the people I passed by looked at me and and i looked at them as if they were cardboard cutouts standing against a backround.

I cant really remember why I wanted to go in Rite Aid at that point in time.
