You should be alright. Try not to do it again though:-) I once lost a nice number of 1 quart jars of rye becuase I was forced to use a space heater one winters night...I feel asleep and about 8 hours later, I had a temp of 110 degrees. I lost about 1/2 of my jars....

Ahh. Thank you. I feel much better now, but there is still one thing pissing me off. I am a newbie, and I had two jars growing wonderful fuzzy white mycelium ahead of the others. They were spectacular, and then they were ravaged by nasty green mold. Can I let these jars finish colonization (which they seem to be doing) and then birth them, and kill the mold with lime?
