The PF tek and the MMGG are very similar. I would recomment the MMGG because it is layed out a little better and has a few more helpful tricks. As far as the B+ strain goes just follow the tek.

it doesnt take an idiot to notice they are layed out the same, I am asking more specificly what the difference are...

the mmgg is just a re-written pf tek. no real differences worth noting.
b+ is a nice strain, you should enjoy good results.
