Well, for future refference, and to follow the post just before me.

Your landlord can allow police access to HIS property when a suspected illegal or dangerous situation is afoot...... This includes your apartment.

HOWEVER..... he is not allowed to open doors, drawers or any other of your property AKA: the landlord cant search your sh1t legally.

This is for anyone who might have had problems with their landlords snooping around when you were not present.



The cops can go thru ANY of your stuff, so first line of defense....
A padlock and a small box is a good idea.

I would bury the pipe in my backyard until after you get investigated. :shrug:

If he's talking about one of those things that looks like a cig that you can pack some weed in... yeah i think that could technically be considered paraphernalia just like rolling papers could, and even if you think it's spotless i'd still be paranoid about it myself... it just doesn't look good. Personally i'd just throw it away, they don't cost that much and lay low for a while.
