half of your job is to organize the kitchen, take the initiative and it

I appreciate the advice and what you said is true. I have worked
in kitchens before and lets face it. Its amazingly easy to get hired
because most places will hire without a drug test straight up. I now
work in an area where a couple chefs run the show. Im not going to
come out like this is how we should do shit. Could it work? Possibly
if they wnated to change their system. But Im sure they would not.
I have been a cook before but I am no chef. Who am I to tell them??
That job is something they enjoyed enough to still do what they do now.
Weather they had schooling or just worked their way up. Its not what I
enjoy doing its just thats its easy to get hired and make decent money.
Its not forever and its just a means to an end. I just dont like it
right now :shrug:

I'd help for sure man. I was supposed to help with a couple glass stands last year, they just found closer people to help.

Running stands is sweet, you get an oppotunity to talk to good people. People who are looking for you can find you. And I'm a sweet salesmen.

I think I'm hitting up a few major ones, and haven't decided on the smaller ones.

I always have stuff to vend sometimes as well, glass, beads, hemp, bambo plants, cheap jewelery.
