This is a pic of a piece of agar which has a piece of agar clone on it. Frank recently transfered it to agar that was preped with 3 ml of h2o2 and 300ml of MEA. The growth around the tranfered piece is wispy to a point of looking like bacterial contam. Frank is wondering if it is bacterial contam or the high h2o2 content of the MEA is to blame for this weak growth?

P. Cubensis? I usually add 3cc's of peroxide to a 500ml agar mixture, when making peroxidated agar, but i doubt your concentration would have made it unviable.Looks to me like that's just early growth, in a couple days you should know for sure.
