I'd have to say I'd love to see either Mega-Man or Castlevania.

Starcraft, hell yeah! I was actually thinking about that one earlier.
A Zelda movie would be completely amazing if done right. There's plenty of awesome games to build upon and create an awesome story for a movie.

Yeah, I agree. I love CastleVania but the movie looks like it's going to suck harder than all those crappy games into movies like Super Mario Bros., Doom, etc. I liked Resident Evil although it pretty much had NOTHING to do with the game

A lot of awesome ideas. The only one I could think of right now isn't very old school at all. Though I think The Darkness was so close to a movie that if it actually was it could turn out to be a pretty dark and awesome film. That was probably one of my favorite story lines in a game, except for the ending.

I'm pretty sure that Castlevania movie got cancelled, or they found a new director and are starting over
the original director has made some of the crappiest movies ever (can't think of what they are right now, it might be the same guy that did house of the dead, lamest movie ever)
He wanted the lead character to use a sword (or dagger?) instead of a whip, saying something along the lines that swords are more common and acceptable in action films 
I can't seem to find the latest info right now, whether it has been cancelled or they are still making it with a new director. Either way, it's a good thing they axed and holy watered the original director. I forgot who the new one was, but I know better than to hope for too much. I kinda hope it did get cancelled
Doom could have made such an excellent movie, but from everything I've heard, the Doom movie sucked pretty hard
More than anything though, I'd like to see Final Fantasy 6 reproduced IN IT'S ENTIRETY (minus the common battles and such) as a film (but not live-action)

Wolfenstein. Think about it. Breaking out of a Nazi camp. Eating dog food to survive. Uncovering the horrible truth that the Nazi's have created zombie super mutants. All this before ending in a final climatic confrontation with Hitler in his most horrible and powerful form, a super mech with gat guns for arms!
