Spore contamination from bad shroom?

This might be a stupid question but here goes. I have two jars that have some black dots. Very small and just a couple dots. (I'll post a pic later). Now...if this is contamination, and I still went on with the growing process just to get a spore print, will the spore print be contaminated as well? In other words...if a jar is contaminated but I continue to grow and get a spore print, make a syringe and inoculate new jars...will they be contaminated or the shrooms that grow form those jars be contaminated?

It depends on the possible contam you refer. If it's indeed a contam and it sporulates, its spores will be flying around the growing area, wich means they get attached to the mushroom, that is if you can get it to fruit in a contaminated substrate. I don't take any prints from mushrooms growing with later flushes contams, that is , they grow and then a contam settles.
In your case and if it's a contam, i wouldn't even bother trying to grow them.
