What have you guy's found to be the best temp. for casing's?????

I'm soon to run casing. I would assume you keep the same temps as with running jars. Then drop the temp when ready to fruit.

Around 85 degrees incubation (unless it's a very large casing, in which case it might heat itself), around 75 degrees for fruiting. Basically the same as cakes.

Is it a problem if some casings trying to fruit drop to 60-65 degrees at night?
