Replacement for Autoclavable Spawning Bags?

Hey good friends. I've been reading the bulk substrate TEKs on this site, and this one http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/7938 caught my attention particularily. The only problem is that it requires autclavable spawning bags, which I am not able to order. DOes anyone know of a replacement for this? Thanks for your help.

no experience with bags - - - i remember a post concerning the use of the turkey baking bags that you can get at grocery stores and using cooking twine/metal rings/polyfill to close it up. that should be enough keywords for you to search for it.
