A few questions about mimosa and syrian rue.

How much DMT should I get out of 100g of mimosa hostilis rootbark? I know the number varies, I'm just looking for a ball-park. Is it even worth extracting so little or should I just stick with mimohuasca?

Also, is the MAOI diet required with rue? I've read a lot of conflicting reports. I heard it's safe to eat whatever you want and just need to avoid other drugs.

I have personall eaten cheese, and drinken beers on under the influence of Harmaline. Syrian Rue (extracted to harmaline) is a -Reversable- MOAI, so there isnt much need for diet restriction, just drug interactions.

Check reversable maoi's on wikipedia.

I'd say 100grams of MHRB is plenty enough for one extraction...depending on the vendor will be your yields...I would either try out q21q21's tek that doesnt require lye, http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11776426 or the stb tek with all of it :thumbup: ....I would always do a sodium carbonate wash on the naphtha before freezing to make sure there is no lye when doing a lye tek, just to be safe
