When I found my first patch of libs(or possibly strictipes) last fall i took some spore prints on printer paper and kept them in my closet. Are these prints still viable; and if so, isn't there a method of inoculating a spray bottle with spores so i can spray the location they came from, and is this the right time of year to do so?

1) The spores are viable.
2) Just spraying the field with spore solution is pretty futile. You want to turn them into mycelium first.
3) If you are certain that there will be no more harsh frosts then the time is right (below 0°C for a few hours at night is not critical)

No, I definitely think PNW is done with harsh frosts for the season.

I use agar in petri dishes to make sure that the cultures are clean and then I transfer the mycelium to sterilized jars of rye grain. That's my spawn.
