From past experience, this should not cause any problem.

I recently tried an experiment where I used peroxide in the water used in mading the substrate. I have similar spots in the jars that I made. The mycelium has turned orange in several spots like the pictures above. Could this be a result of contact with peroxide?

The picture isn't very clear, but from what I can tell it just looks like waste products from the Mycelium. I wouldn't worry, unless it smells bad...

that is most likely water damage. Water damage causes that yellow discoloration, and bruising can result in a bluish/grayish discoloration. After a little growing experience it is fairly obvious what is contamination.
