"Sea of shrooms" tek question...

I'm about to do the "sea of shrooms" tek using plastic cups as my casing. In the tek it says to use 5oz plastic containers for the casings. Problem is, is that I can only find 16oz plastic cups in my area that are opaque. Can I use these for the tek succesfully or should I continue my search for the 5oz cups...

16oz(up to a few quarts) are perfect.
