Honey Tek question

I was reading the honey tek at mycotopia, and it said: " Alternatively, instead of spores, mycellial tissue from any part of any living shroom can be substituted.
Keep the inoculated jar warm in a clean environment. " How can the mycelial tissue be added after the jars is steralized?

Take some live mycelium from a colonized cake. Dip it in hydrogen peroxide (3%) and then drop it into the sterilie honey water while working inside of a glovebox.

You unsrew the lid, lift it, drop the mycelial tissue in, clse the lid, screw it tight again...
Preferably in a glow box or infront of a flow hood.

I got a container of honey water going right now. I am a bit confused on it though there are these little puff ball things floating around on the bottom but there isn't a large cloud in the middle as I have seen from pics. I have had it for several days now, what do you recomend I do?

EDIT: Anno is that you in the pic?

Oh. When I shake the container the puffs kind of form a cloud but then fall back to the ground. I think I have used too much honey too so that may be the problem.

Thanks for the speedy replies, Where can i purchase 3% hyrdogen peroxide? and could i drop the mycelial tissue in the jar infront of my oven (oven tek style) rather than building a glove box?

You can buy hydrogen peroxide in most drug stores such as walgreens.

You can spray around your room with lysol and then do this on the desk or whatever.
