hay no reason to get bent out of shape over this everyone is free to attempt what ever they want. so some choose to take the bumpy side road marked short cut and some take the road with plenty of tracks. so what it all leads to the same place eventually.
and yes some have cameras some don't but in this day and time it is hard to explain that you have no pics when the phone's we use have cameras in them too.
no one has ever asked me to post a pic before but if i could not find a way to help them do it i would just slap it up on the sight.
so in the hope of settling this might you intlslacker allow wedg to send a pic to post for him
LOL not that it will happen but it shore would display cooperation in the community to advance new ideas. even if some do not believe in them.

No I'd love to see him post up a TEK for us, something reproducible, it would be bad ass to have a proven method for making grain spawn without PC or autoclave sterilization, it could be useful in so many ways.

prop up a jar rack in a pot so that the rack is about the halfway point from the top of the pot.
then take a jar, fill with grain, put on lid, drill holes into lid, turn upside down, put on jar rack. fill pot with water.
steam will go into jar if that doesn't work then maybe a little more water so that it touches the lid of jars and slightly boils into jars
i have no idea if this would work, but seemed likea funny idea

Tell you what I will recreate the experiment with small jars. I will borrow a camera and document. Ill probably get better results this time since I got a new HEPA filter.
Maybe it was the strain I have but most of the ones that contaminated ended up colonizing close to 90%. Meaning the contams where isolated to a small population.

Love to see what happens. Do you boil grain in Jars? I was thinking boil in a large pot, then put in jars.

I would not recommend this in any way but I rember seeing a thread in advanced cultivation where a member did an experiment to sterilize his grains by soaking them in jars in the sun for a few weeks. He had to be sure to remove any grains that had floated up to the top. This experiment did work from what I remember. I will look it up and post it.
here it is http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/8729280#8729280

you can also put your prepped grains in poly bags and set them in a large pot with some water
