Freedom is a joke

freedom was always been a joke to me. The founding fathers were slave owners so anything they wrote is a fucking joke. And last time I was arrested I was walking through a parking lot sober with two friends going to are car. A cop stopped us and started questioning us on the way to the car. Asked if he can search me so I said no i haven't done anything to deserve it. By me saying no was resonable cause for a search. He found a 1/4 ounce on my and sent me off to jail for the night. I couldn't afford an attorney so I used a public defender. I told him what happened and that I was sober and not breaking the law(that the cop had any knowledge of). I asked if he would help get the charges dropped. He laughed and said since I'm not black or hispanic I had no chance since there was no discrimination. He told me I would go to jail for at least a month if I even tried to have the charges dropped. So I took a half year of probation and a 100$ fine instead which isn't much but I still should have never been arrested. So resonable doubt is just saying no when they ask to search you. So any white person can be search even though they haven't broken any laws or done anything at all. Yeah America the land of the free my ass!!!

That sucks, it's pretty pathetic that a person can do 30 days in the clink for 1/4 ounce of pot but beat the shit out of someone and get a small fine.......

The grudge you bear against your masters is understandable!But what does it have to do with the founding fathers?If everything they said is a joke , then the police should be able to harass you anytime they want.

THAT is why I'm against socialism and communism and hold liberty as the highest political goal. Socialist, Communists, Facists, Monarchists, Democrats, Republicans all agree on the basic principle that someone else should be able to control you. They only argue as to the means and extent that you should be controlled.

While I respect this view of yours, I think it would be hard to make an argument that you could have a civilized society any larger than a small village without having some sort of laws to regulate behavior(such as murder, theft, rape, etc.) Also, I believe that all people should be provided with the basic means of living, and if I have to give up some of my earnings to do that, then so be it. Anarchy simply doesn't work with large populations.
