I have bought a 50 cm and a 25cm san pedro from azarius. just want to make sure, that I have the right picture. Please correct me where I'm wrong.
INGESTION for 2 people this 50 cm it will give a strong trip, yes? I have already tasted it - not as bad as ppl say. So we will probably mince it finely and drop it with a lot of mineral water
PRESERVATION if anything remains I want to skin, slice, remove core and dry on a radiator is dessication and airtight storage essential?
REPRODUCTION I want to keep the two tips of cacti and make them grow roots by keeping them in a glass of water. WIll it work?
Greetings
WL

50cm between 2 won't be a strong trip. That's like 1.6ft? It'll be a good trip, but probably not massively intense.

So what will be a strong trip - half a 50cm and half a 25cm per person?
I have experience with strong mushrooms and LSD.

It really depends on the cactus you have, they vary a lot. But basically, anything like a foot+ and you're good.
Any other time, I use metres, but with cactus, feet is the way

Great, we seem to have enough, then.
How about my ideas on storage and rooting (there must be more precise words, I guess)?

DO NOT put the tips in water. If you want them to root, you'll have to start with at least a few inches. Make sure your knife is sterile. Take whatever you have left on your tips and place them in a cool, dry place for a while to callous. This could take upwards of a few weeks, but the process can be hastened by applying sulfur powder to the fresh cut. Check occasionally to make sure no rot or mold is occuring. After totally calloused, place upright in fast draining cactus soil. Do NOT water for at least a week. Start in partial sunlight and slowly adjust to full. Easy as pie!
