I have a hunch I may be learning something about myself in some of my dreams.. I believe the emotions you feel in dreams are very truly real and a part of you even while your concscious.
There seem to be things that really terrify me (represented by an icon of a dog or a wolf in this case)
I seem to impulsively want to attack that fear and destroy it.. overcome it... but I feel like I'm missing a step here. I think to overcome your fear you have to learn from it, not annihilate it... ya?

The only way to truely annihilate fear is through knowledge. Don't feed your fears with anger and misconception, but seek to understand them. Once you understand your fears you'll find that they quickly dissipate.
love and accept your fears...embrace them and call them yours.... bless them and free them,and they will go away....
i also believe your emotions in your dreams can be real,they can point out something you fear,but you didn't realize it while beeing awake.... but that doesn't mean what you dream is reality,or it will com true... try to see it as a "warning" and decide if you choose to keep it or not....

I recognize that fear = fight or flight. So I can see how people would rather recomend understanding why your afraid and staying calm. But I think that fighting could be a viable option. I mean this is YOUR dream you know. I think fighting and winning could envoke the realisation that you do not have to be scared and can be calm towards these images.
