Lucid Dreaming

Hello everyone, first I would like to say that I am new around these parts and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I remember most of my dreams each night however I find that I am not able to have lucid dreams. I was wondering if anyone knows how I could prepare myself so that i may have some control and remember the "messages" in my dreams. If anyone could help please make a post, I would appriciate anything anyone has to share.

Thank you for the web address it had most of what I needed to know. I have began my practices in remembering my dreams each night. I guess I have a lot to learn still...
