I don't think the original poster wants to PC outside? I believe he said he would prefer electric (inside) as opposed to propane because you can only use propane outdoors.

You know what you're doing, so fortunately that was an option, but beyond that, the way the wiring is set up varies from building to building. Moving the dryer outlet to the back deck would be pretty involved in my place. It may be a good option for the OP, maybe not.
eh. well. I'm an IT tech and all mah roomates are illegal Brazilians. we could build a whole fuckin house if we wanted.

Maybe. I was thrown off by "I would prefer electric since it is cold outside ( so no propane)". Yeah, if the OP has a dryer hookup and can get a 240v burner, good to go.
"Hey Everyone- quick question.
What can I use to heat up my AA930 other than my stove? I would prefer electric since it is cold outside ( so no proprane)
I have searched and read many threads about this... but I can not find a consensus.
So far I have read a cheap double burner @ 1500 watts will do the trick. But then people say it takes 2 hours to get the PC to 15 PSI. No Bueno.
So what is the most efficient way to heat a full AA930 in regards to price and time?
Thanks in Advance!"

Industrial hotplate from a restaurant supply place will do the job.

I've been pricing these online and they're not cheap. And if its 300+ dollars for the hot plate then I'd be better off buying an AA75x. This plate might do the trick, but I'm still wagering between either an AA930 or 941 with electric hot plate or AA75x. Anyone got any experience with that plate and a large PC?

A hot plate that can do the job won't be cheap. Maybe convert a small water heater? Actually, don't do that. If the AA75x are self heating, and if they will plug into your outlets, then that's the answer.

I have used an AA921, on a 1500 watt 230v hot plate (Im in the UK) whilst our gas was disconected. It took well over an hour to hit 15 PSI. The problem was it kept turning the element of, even on the hottest setting, 6. then it would turn on several seconds later. I think they must have a temp limit which turns them off.

Might be faster in that case to use a lower setting.

Unscrew bottom of hotplate and short out the thermostat wires. 1500W is more than plenty for an AA930 INDOORS. All consumer electric burners have thermostat shutoff that keeps them from making your pc heat up right.
It wont do shit out in a cold garage in the winter though, propane "turkey fryer" is the way to go for that.

The lower setting only lowers the thermostat level, not the heat output by the actual hot plate.

That's an idea I guess, Im back to using gas now and tbh, Id try and avoid electric again, unless as previously mentioned it was an AA75x
