Hope the cut heals, dont get any of that bacteria from you jars in it, lol I think you may want to restate your question, it is a little confusing the way you worded it ("when they get cobweb mold to clean jars" --mainly this part)
Sounds like it is from you syringe making, or a dirty print. And with the bacteria problems, a few things I have noticed cause bacteria outbreaks for me are shaking the jars too hard, not cleaning the jars properly, and not my syringe making technique. the thing that has helped me the most in controling the bacteria is to let the jars sit for 24 hours before sterilizing them, I cut the contamination rate by 3/4 doing this. Also pressure cooking them for 1hr 20 at 17 psi instead of 1 hour at 15 psi. Sorry to get off topic

Or if you are really concerned about spreading it, pc it before opening it to kill of all of the spores and live stuff, clean it out, and then dishwash it
