The front of the house is facing east, they are next to a fence that covers up the morning sun, but they get full sun from about 12 to 5pm, then, during this season they get partial sun til 8pm, in colder seasons the sun sets at around 7 so they only get 12-4ish full sun.

Lilium formosanum pricei,

Hypericum calycinum,

Clemetis,

Poppies (giganteum),

Everything's covered with these black bugs this year, worse than normal.
Must be the swarm of the year, we had too many ladybugs last year..

Edit- Almost forgot, Echinopsis subdenudata,
