Trigonus flower.
Let me start off by saying I'm good. Little update on my situation. I'm getting divorced. These are rare moments when I do get to see me cacti. I have good days and bad days and for those that have messaged sorry if I don't reply. There is very little strength these days. I'm back with my parents. Thanks for all the support and kind words if you have them. I'll pop back in from time to time. Its just depressing to have lost my family. Again Thank you all my brothers and sister's on here for your support. I love you all. And keep growing.
Accept change. Accept the things you cannot change.

Mammillaria gracilis in flower. Not the prettiest, but I've never seen one flower before. :]

It's not the prettiest flower, true. But this is one of the cactus that I owned (and neglected) before getting into cacti; so it has meaning to me in some way.
I trew out the whole thing and used that terracotta pot for more valuable plants, but i still have some of this Mammillaria gracilis in some cheap plastic pots.

Pretty flowers so I thought I'd post couple of my gracilis and other Mammillaria in flower
Also if you look at the top of the plant above it seems to have 2 growth points that I'm hoping may split
Sorry forgot the species names for the other 2 Mammilliaria but I'll update if it comes to mind.

Also I forgot to add that I attempted to cross pollinate each one of those plants. With my luck nothing will "likely" come of it but still was worth a shot

The top one is M. karwinskiana and the bottom one is M. spinosissima. M. karwinskiana is one of the Mammillaria species that divides dichotomously so, yes, it is splitting.

EDIT: Impatiens capensis is the plant name
more commonly known as Jewel Weed. I think was used by native people to relieve poison ivy
nice shots! They have a lot of nice details, the flowers, so macros of them since they're so small are nice.

Hey there El Torcho. I agree with Teefizzle there.
The plant that you have there in bloom, is a (poor man's Orchid), or Impatiens capensis. They go by other common names like Jewel-weed, and touch-me-not. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impatiens_capensis
My mother grows a variety, that My great grandma started a LONG time ago, and because of how the seeds distribute has naturalized in my mother's yard. The kind my mom has is: Impatiens balfourii the purple and white kind. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impatiens_balfourii

The seasons this year are seriously messed up. You have El Niño to blame, we can just blame the government over here.
