When they start to get woolly they are ready to flower.

when i got this the flowers were dead. then it rained and the fruits came out.

not even remotely flower related but pretty cool none the less. does anyone know when i can harvest the seeds?

Wait until the fruit starts to shrivel I would guess. This seems to be the time where the plant stops seed development IME.

look at the center. then you will see a mohawk of wool from the center. then wait a couple weeks for them.

if your patient, they will come.
